- The Named Insured
- Property Address
- Full Mortgage Clause and Loan Number
- Policy Type
- Any Special Instructions
How Long Does this Service Take?
All requests will processed by the end of the next business day. Please note we can only provide coverage verifications once the renewal declarations have been issued. If you do not receive the coverage verification after the 24-hour processing period, it means either:
- The renewal declarations have not been issued yet.
- The borrower is in the process of making a change to the insurance carrier and the new replacement policy declarations have not been issued yet.
We will satisfy all coverage verification requests once final coverage has been determined and formal documentation has been issued by the insurance company.
Please note that verbal verification requests will no longer be processed by our Lender Support Team.
